As a service for consumers, FSCO is providing information about potential scams relating to the sectors it regulates

Warning Notices are issued about specific entities that FSCO believes may be of concern to consumers and the business community. None of them are regulated by FSCO or licenced under any Canadian federal financial institutions legislation.
